Over the week-end I had a sudden craving for some chocolate chip cookies. I have tried my fair share of recipes and they were all really good. What I was looking for this time were soft and chewy cookies and I think I found it.

wow what a gorgeous looking batch:) I have a question though. how do you make your cookies stay puffy and perfectly domed? mine usually comes out flat looking no matter which recipe i choose.
